That has been a hot-button topic already with protests and such. Apparently one is conveniently on the planning stages for Airway Heights, right where a lot of property was burnt to the ground. Of course this suggests a deliberate conspiracy to use arson to force literal fire sales, but although it looks convenient, I lean more toward "never let a crisis go to waste" than something intentional unless evidence comes to light to the contrary.
