Neither antiquity nor novelty has any inherent truth. Einsteinian relativity and its alternatives were developed because Newtonian physics, which are reliable when repeatedly tested at a small scale, failed to predict certain astronomic-scale effects with sufficient accuracy, so it required refinement or replacement.
You present a false dichotomy when you say if not A, then B, merely because you assert they are opposites. I thus treat your claims with skepticism, too.
What is the evidence to support aether physics? How can it be tested, and what can it predict? The Michelson–Morley experiment is famous specifically because it failed to demonstrate the aetheric theory behind it, right?
