There is a certain user who has several sock puppet accounts spamming copy/pasted tirades including the BBH tip command (example). I muted the accounts in question, but the "sorry! You need more $BBH to use this command" comments still pop up as a reply notice, and I don't want to mute your system, too. Is there a way to program your tip bot to recognize such serial taggers with no balance as spammers and blacklist them?
