Due to the circumstances we've experienced, I didn't do a goal update post last week.
As a matter of fact, the last couple of weeks were quite a roller-coaster...lol.
Nonetheless, things kept moving...maybe not as fast as I would have liked, but there was movement.
Let's get into #myhivegoals.
My HP balance maintained a slow growth over the past two weeks.
I'm still behind schedule on this goal though. My balance is now on 681.101 HP.
I decided to start averaging into Hive with FIAT currency as well. It will still not move at the speed of light, as I will just use some cash that I can put aside every month and the USD/ZAR rate is also not exactly in my favor. But I am not too concerned about all of that. I believe that even if I can add just a little extra growth, it is still better than no growth.
I am very positive about my Hive goals.
1200 - 681.101 = 518.899 to go!
This is a goal that I am very excited about. It has recently been announced that the APR in the HBD savings account is now 20% APR.
My current balance is 276.59 HBD.
500 - 276.59 = 223.41 to go!
This goal was originally set for having 10'000 CTP tokens staked.
This is still a long-term goal, but it is unrealistic to think I will reach that within this year.
I adjusted this goal for this year to a more realistic and achievable figure, which is to have 7250 CTP tokens staked by the end of this year.
My current balance is 5974.775 CTP tokens staked.
7250 - 5974.775 = 1275.225 to go!
This goal is going strong.
As mentioned before, instead of changing this goal, I would rather keep it as it is and see how fast I can achieve this goal, before going for my next target of 4000 POB tokens staked.
My current balance is just over 1273 POB tokens staked, which is almost at my target for the end of June 2022.
If I can maintain this, I should be able to achieve this goal by September 2022.
2000 - 1273 = 727 to go!
Another goal that is going strong!
Same as with my POB goal, I would like to see how soon I can achieve this goal. Currently, I am aiming at August...maybe July even.
My current balance is 1289.101 ALIVE Tokens staked.

It was to be expected that my targets for posting and commenting took a knock over the last couple of weeks, but I am working to get it back up again.
UTOPIS: Slowly but surely I am starting to see some income coming in from this project. I started small and will keep it small at first to be able to better measure the results.
DEFI: I am quite happy with the little investment I have made in this project. I am already seeing a nice return coming in. This is a long-term project of at least 1 year+.
I am currently busy learning about some other very interesting, very promising investment projects which I am trying to educate myself about at the moment.
There is no rush though. I would like to take my time on this and make informed decisions.
