I created it using Photoshop and Davince Resolve
Steps:
Separate the elements of creeping Ooze, separate the bones and sword from the body.
Retouch the body and remoxe the sword and bones from it
Upload files to davinci resolve
Overlay files on top of one another
Open the body image in fusion tab, add a grid warp and modify the grid every 10 secs to animate the blob.
Save the file.
