The interview/video is fantastic as the gentleman explains everything in a way that everyone can clearly comprehend and take in, without doing the usual "use terms and words that are purely of a specific nature and that will mislead the listeners".

He did a great job.

Likewise, he gave two examples of how pollies are abusing their positions of power (responsibility) and voting in laws that are unconstitutional, knowingly.
Hence, taking advantage of the bureaucracy and the time it takes to put those laws into the rubbish bin, where they belong. They all know all too well that during that time frame, those unconstitutional laws are going to be enforced and they simply don't care about the fact that they abused the system to push their personal opinions or agendas. Reason for that is the fact that we the people do not hold them accountable for their ill doings.

Likewise, this entire course of discussion and information flow brings up another hot potatoe of a topic:

How can the governments (both national and state) bring about laws that force Citizens to immunize their children?

Namely, as one example:
if a child has not received all the immunizations that are a mile long list of drugs injected into their bodies, the parents can't be given any of the financial assistance that are available to parents of Australian children. Likewise there are some "laws" that deny those children without all those drugs put into them equal rights in society.

idk. What "loophole" exists for the governments to be able to get away with this type of extortion and blackmail which clearly contradicts the will of the people expressed via Referendum in ref. to "conscripted medics/medical procedures".

I dare say, that somewhere, somehow in the past, some branch of the Judicial System may have made a "booboo" or outright "failed" to separate themselves as the individuals from their professional duties and responsibilities. I don't see any other explanation for that.

A Referendum is not some "questionnaire" or half wanked "poll". A Referendum is BINDING and overpowers ALL LEVELS OF "REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT". It is the most powerful decision in any sincere Democratically governed/managed nation.

So it should be.
