Mate, every change is in fact a process.

Although we have seen a change in the "paradigm" when we forked away from the centralized Steem ecosystem, which as you clearly mentioned in this post, can be seen in the huge advancements made in such a short time. With an emphasis on the chain itself.

The process of changing from the ways and mindsets that literally obliterated Steem is not something that will happen over night.

Let's not forget that in the fork there was an airdrop which was dependent on data from Steem, so the said changes needed in the mindsets and overall approach to things on Hive may be a hurdle to overcome that is much bigger than what any "used car salesman" can sell with their "pretty words.

Yet another long term challenge, but from what has been seen to date, since the fork, there is no doubt in my mind that the ways of the past are doomed and anyone sticking to them will be obsolete before they even know it.

Hive is definitely a breath of fresh air in the crypto and just as importantly, in the blockchain scene.

2021 will be a fantastic year for our chain and our two native currencies. Hive, HIVE and HBD will be able to achieve things that most out there in the two relevant market places only ever "talk about", but never achieve!
