#4. Method of tracking, well, that is up to each and every site to track, HiveTips is a crpytocurrency use case. Sure it brings HIVE and Hive to the masses, but it isn't a website like d.buzz as such.
The services are in your browser, your PC, not on some central server (where possible). So "tracking" via HiveTips is actually not possible, as we do not hold any dbase of users etc.
