I personally am a fan of competition and the competitive drive of the market in every field.

Crypto as any currency or anything that can be traded is a ruthless market as far as competition goes.

Blockchains are now definitely being put into the same boat as far as competitiveness goes.

As for the user interfaces/websites utilizing Hive (our chain) they should be in competition with each other. Otherwise, there is no realistic drive to keep advancing forwards.

Personally, I love the idea of private, public partnerships (PPP) via the DHF. That too can be a driving element for competition.

As far as our economy goes and the entire ecosystem, we have the opportunity to take HIVE & HBD (crypto) to any website out there in multiple appropriately applicable ways. Likewise, when appropriate those websites may see the value in tapping into the overall ecosystem and not just the utilization of crypto. i.e. hook up to the chain and utilize the "rewards pool" /distribution.

There are almost endless means of getting what we already have out to the world of 4.5 billion people on the internet.

We are no longer being pushed into restraining our potential to one website, like what was the case with steemit.com.

Tokenizing the internet, is a phrase thrown around all too often, yet the work needed to make that happen, so as to cover all the diversity of the peoples on the net is a heck of a lot more than what one or two or even a dozen websites can accomplish.

We are now free to move forwards and create real use cases for our crypto currencies, HIVE & HBD. By doing that, we are also expanding the potential for our Hive chain.

PS. I didn't take anything you said as being negative in any way, discussions are discussions, people talking is a great thing. It is a great way to build upon what it is that we are working on. If we can't have a direct line of discourse without getting "b#thurt" then there is no future for us.
