The Swiss seem to have that functioning fairly well, but then again, all the Swiss are ready and able to jump into action, no matter what the crisis may be.

It is part of their "mandatory service/training" and serves as a means to ensure that the people are able to organize and take care of the situation at hand when needed.

So they understand the meaning of the word "responsibility" much better than those out there who think that their feelings are more important than reality or facts and having said that, "more important than anyone or anything else".

Selfish little sh!ts, is what it really comes down to. Too spoiled to know and appreciate how good they really have it. Let alone do anything to ensure it for future generations.
