OK, got my coffee and thought hard about what you said here, the only things that I can say in response and to add to the point you are making is the following:

Extremists are loud and they pull the masses behind them.

Among the extremists on both sides of the fence sit some supremacists, who look down on others.

While they in numbers are the minority on the global scale of things, when or if these types are put into positions of importance, such as "decision making roles, then we all have a problem.

Human nature through the course of history has not changed, morals have, but our nature to accept others and actually listen when others are trying to relay something to us is still a virtue that many can't seem to grasp.

Add to that all the emotional issues that most supremacists and extremists have, most of which are maybe treatable with long term professional help, we see nothing different to what all has had to be tackled in the real world.

It isn't easy to delete a word from the dictionary, such as "oligarchy", it is there for a reason.

What some need to be concerned about is WHY that term is applied to them!

Again, that takes a lot of deep, meaningful, sincere, open and as objective as possible inner reflection on an individual level.
So no 'oligarchy' can fix itself unless the individuals within the labeled group reflect upon it and actually understand WHY they are being labeled.

No matter if the label is just or unjust, the answers and understanding of WHY need to be realized and understood, if there is any chance for that label to be removed.

While on the other end of that spectrum, those labeling others, no matter if it be for good reasons or not, also need to reflect and think deeply about HOW to help in the process of change.

Responsibility lays in the hands of the individual, not in the "packs" or "mobs".

When it is up to the mobs to decide, then there can be no good in any outcome. It can merely be a temporary "patch" that solves absolutely nothing in the long term of things, simply a short term fix that may somewhat reduce the inflammation (problem at a glance).

You have gone into deep territory with your point and with the choice of words you used, for good reason.

Let's all not only "hope" but actually utilize our voices to ensure that these points are heard and more importantly UNDERSTOOD.

Rarely do I go into anything so deeply as my PR skills are not at a desirable level, but I do hear what you are saying and I had to really think about how to approach it sincerely, without actually pointing fingers at any individual. Rather say it as it is and how historical events have proven them to be.

Hope you can accept why I went about it the way I did and accept that there are many of us out there who do want real changes that are for the good of all and that shall bring about real decentralization, with acceptance and understanding and inclusion for one and all.
