"nothing" is the truth, as the motivation is not purely "green", there is the economic factor to it and the fact that home grown food is, well, it is home grown.

The compost is all home made, no chemicals.

So the truth is "nothing". Would I be doing all that if there wasn't an economical and a "giving our kids better quality of food" in it?

I honestly do not know. Can't answer yes or no, as it isn't the case.

The plastic mill though, the only thing that I need to find is a diesel engine for it, so that it too can be run on used veg. oil, til then, 2 stroke it is.
