I have literally put one house up at 1/4 what was paid for it, the other one for 1/5 of what it cost me to build and the land up on the coast, that is not even worth mentioning, but yeah, still nobody who can come up with the cash.

Had numerous potential buyers, but the banks just are not giving loans above 50K Euro to ordinary people.

Sucks.
