What investors?

I don't see too many people going anywhere as far as those who hold a large stake go.

A very large number of them have in fact invested into the commercial marketing services available on Steem.

While I do have to admit, many of the people who were converting their time and effort into Steem, mostly via posts, some via games have definitely reduced in numbers.

What all are the reasons for this are all debatable, yet the fact remains that those using the Steem ecosystem to earn Steem have dropped dramatically.

While the people who invested their funds (fiat or crpyto) and purchased their Steem are not really going anywhere.

So I don't really see the need to bring back anyone who is already here, but maybe brainstorm around the means to attract new investors who can likewise see the potential to capitalize with Staked Steem.
