I can't help but feel that many of us Steemians have lost focus on what the goals are, what our business plan was/is.

Steemit Inc. put out a post in which they clearly stated that SMTs are being worked on.

The other night/day a fellow Steemian mentioned that he got notifications from Github, I was practically asleep at that time as it was almost 02:00 am for me.

When the next morning sure enough, there they were ready and waiting for me too.

So they are being worked and man o man, what a great way to start the day.

So in future instead of ERC20 and who knows what else showing up on the first page of Google searches, it will be our blockchain STEEM and SMT's.

To get a better picture of things, replace ERC20 or Ethereum or any other name you see on the bottom picture of a search with STEEM and SMT.

Did you notice that in the search results a post put out on STEEMIT.COM is showing up!

& it is about "How to make your own ERC20 tokens"

I found that to be fantastic as it means that what Steemians put onto our Steem blockchain via steemit.com is showing up on searches on the front pages!

So steemit.com is a fantastic tool to get information out there!

LOVE IT!

So STEEM will be the powerhouse behind the SMTs.

What will make it THE #1 SOLUTION FOR TOKENIZING THE WEB is the following:

Lets say,

"FREE TRANSACTIONS"!

3 SECONDS MAX PER TRANSACTION! = Practically real time, in real life situations.

We have to date handled more transactions in a day than lets say.... oh idk... VISA!

I think that these three alone are plenty enough to make our Steem and our SMTs the solution of choice for many entrepreneurs out there.

I mean anyone is still welcome to go elsewhere where it costs them an arm and a leg to do the same.

So what is the point of this post?

FOCUS

Why are we wasting so much time and energy on things that are about "now" when we need to stay focused on the business plans and goals we had/have and which are happening as you read this.

Sure, not as fast as we would have liked for them to happen.

But then again, when I look back and see what our competitors were doing and what they have done, I dare say that we have not made the mistakes they made and are making because we didn't rush into things.

So it all actually, in many ways worked out for the better. Maybe not the "best" but definitely for the "better". (Yes this is again "is the glass half full or half empty".

Once again this to me shows that our governance works as defined.

We vote for witnesses, they are literally "elected" and they call many of the shots based on logic and reasoning that they as such believe is best for everyone.

Yes, much like a company that has shareholders, owners of Steem who stake it (= SP) vote in the governance (Top 20 Witnesses) of this business endeavour that we call STEEM.

The proof is right there, this HF21 is living proof of it.

No denying it.

Don't want to say anything more about anything today, would like to enjoy the rest of this day without any screaming or yelling or who knows what else.
