well i think rain would b expected any moment at least until march, myself sometimes use the umbrella to walk when it's not heavy rain & not windy. Dubai & UAE n general is a cool place, it developed so fast & keeps developing fast, dubai frame seems to b a great place to visit specially the glassy path- such paths r really exciting, although not sure how the view differ from the view from other towers n the city like khalifa tower- it's indeed an amazing view of dubai city. cool post- well done, have a good day
