well i knew Ombudsmen reputation is low but i didn't expect it to b that low- i think that 1.7 rating says it all, "They are just about process, not really fairness" this is indeed the worst part & i think most companies & countries work that way it's disappointing but unfortunately true, i hope one day fairness will top the list & until then just as u said "stay calm, expect a long wait, and don't expect the outcome to go your way". i think it's useful that people talk about this matter- have a great day
