No doubt, it's a matter of liberty - no victim then no crime as far as i'm concerned. The punishment for cannabis is much more damaging to the persons life than the cannabis. And then there's the people that could be helped off of damaging prescription drugs with help from much less harmful (if at all) cannabis.
