The novelty will turn iMessage into a communication platform that will be able to compete with Messenger from Facebook, and will also allow the business to interact with customers.

Business Chat will appear on iOS 11, with it entrepreneurs will be able to delegate some of the functions of their applications to iMessage. So, to book seats on the plane or consult a specialist, the user will not need to leave the chat.

Business Chat will be associated with other products for customer service, such as LivePerson, Salesforce, Nuance and Genesys. Companies will be able to integrate all business processes into the program, the developers note. The new feature will enable customers to schedule meetings and make purchases in Business Chat.
