I have had a similar experience here in Chiang Mai. Tesco or Lotus's which it is stupidly known as now, has 10,000 pillows in stock at all times and at least in my experience they all suck. I have had better luck just rolling up a towel and using that for head support. I'll have a look for this type if it really is that good but 100 bucks for a pillow is really a lot in my world.
