we have mostly good street art here in Chiang Mai and an entire section of town where people are regularly commissioned to do more stuff. It is near the north east section inside the moat, should you ever find yourself over this direction. I don't need to be more specific than this, if you are on the INSIDE of the moat on any of the streets off the main circle road, you will see what I am talking about, it is evident and widespread.
