Everything is more expensive than it was when I first got over this way. I never really looked at haircuts but I am sure that is not an exception. BTW, have you noticed a big uptick in Russians down in KL? There is a lot of talk about all the Russians heading to Malaysia and Vietnam now that Thailand apparently doesn't want them anymore.
