in order to report on that they would have to bust themselves and that is never going to happen. the corruption runs so deep here that there was the unveiling of an internal affairs of some sort, some special government group that was meant to be completely un-corruptible. The most trusted and pure members of society that were not at all interested in bribes but just in gaining the trust of the people and having all parts of government be regulated by a truly just branch of the government that wasn't influenced by anyone.

It took about 10 days before this group was busted not just accepting, but demanding and soliciting bribes.
