You know, if what AI has done to the Customer Service industry is any hint of what it will do with everything else, it is not going to be pretty. Sure companies are saving money by not having any humans answering customer service calls, but all of their customers are not happy with it. There is nearly no industry that hasn't given out bad vibes since AI was available to be used. Everybody hates it!
