I have known people that DID buy all the same kind of sock in the same color, or just 2 colors, black and white. If you have that many socks, that's about the only way I can think of not to have a sorting issue.

I wear some socks in the winter, but never in the summer, so I don't have much issue, but then too, it's only me. It would be pitiful if I couldn't even keep up with my own socks when I'm the only one here. LOL
