Some people take "it's the principle of the thing" a little too far.

To be honest though, it seems like they would have a few (maybe not advertise that they do) for the instances of older customers or those that have zero technology exposure. Even if someone helps you on a phone or the table tablet thing, it could be hard to maneuver for some or make a choice with someone hanging over you.
