Every time you tell these things, it seems worse and worse and I just sit here shaking my head. What on earth?? Seems there are no changes for the good there and here either, but we just haven't gotten down to that level.... yet.

It's a wonder there are any decent people left there as 10% cannot afford to pay for everyone, no matter the income. Crazy! Just Crazy!
