And I feel like these three are on a journey. And they each have their very strong individuals, yet together they are so powerful. But what is that power? And so I want to create that into a fantasy, totally a fantasy magic story.
Oh, I think that's a beautiful idea. And I don't know, but it's in my head. And I'm like, Oh, my God, I don't know.
I'm not a writer. And I've got to sort of refocus. And whether it becomes an artwork.
And again, it may just become not a story, but just an artwork. I mean, the story could probably be like, this is what I was doing. This is what it's talking about.
It's not necessarily a printed book, novel, comic, whatever. It's mouth, the old way, where you pass on a story. And I think it got triggered.
And I hate to take up so much time in talking about this, but I was triggered because I was reading. I love you too, Leili. I got this, what you call it, an article I was reading.
This lady's been writing this article about a collection of masks that's been made by Sam Spratt. And she's been really deep diving into it, researching also. And they're mostly very long articles.
I don't necessarily always read all of them. But today's was something called about death, something she called it, death trap, death something, whatever it was to do with death. But she was describing how the piece was made and all that.
And it just clicked to me that every single mask, this has become her daily routine. She sits there with one mask and she writes about it and researches it and puts it out on paper. And it is really creating a storyline.
And as artists here, and I keep going back to the journey we as artists, maybe because I am reaching there, I have moved past my wide-eyed, deer-in-the-headlight look. And I found certain niches. I just haven't chosen which particular niche.
I'm enjoying all of them. And I'm evolving and I'm chiseling down. And I've chiseled down to the word decay as we discussed earlier.
My work has decay. And so now where can I take my work next where I can have, without cookie cutter of my work, yet have that thread of thought or storyline that people when they see it, they can recognize like, oh, this is Tom and that's Jerry. There's a mouse and there's a cat that's always coming up.
It says that they connect to and they also connect it to who the storyteller is, which is you. So I've been trying to make the kind of like, I just dropped the three Buddhas, but it's been very kind and very nice. And I'm like, okay, since they were done a little before I started the more skeletal works.
