Very detailed descriptions. Interesting, I've been trying for years, but it does require a lot of conscious effort and I'm still at the start. I'm guessing it's a great way to increase your fantasy and even start writing, what I'm clearly lacking in the scale and metrics to put everything into place, that and being able to somehow make sense of 6-8 hours and write down 3-4 dreams in 10 minutes.

Also interesting how little attention we place on our subconscious and sleeping in general.
