Let me introduce you to the idea of Ethereum games. You may have even heard of the most famous one so far; Cryptokitties. In it, you make transactions on the Ethereum network and trade your Eth for digital tokens representing ownership of an asset on the blockchain. In Cryptokitties, these are kittens with unique attributes that can be bred into more unique kitties or sold for Eth back in your wallet.

You start with eggs. You can get 300 for free (have to pay for an Eth transaction) starting out, or you can buy some at the current going rate. The rate is determined by the amount of Eth in the contract:
