Hi guys!

This is another sequel of TravelChain posts, where I would like to introduce you a bit more into the new way of travel search, booking process and easier way of traveling.

As you all know, companies like Google use data that we type on a daily basis on the internet for their own profits. These information are sold to various companies which than send you adds or get a better overview of what type of passenger/buyer you are. Of course, that in the end you do not benefit from that, but just increase your spending. With TravelChain travellers will benefit from the information they will like to share with others by receiving money for it and therefore information will not be shared with everyone for free as is it the case today. The funny thing is that only 20% of data is stored in the Internet, while the rest is stored in the corporate databases. This means that data is very valuable and will therefore be sold in the future for high prices. The biggest problem is that data about us is stored on certain servers where we do not have access to and this needs to be changed.

Therefore, the digital age will force the leisure travel industry to change in a more efficient and friendly way towards the customer/traveller. Following by that, a platform based on blockchain technology can ensure that these conditions will be met. Not only that they will be met but that everyone will have the opportunity to contribute and benefit from it.
