We keep this thing called fear and it hinders us from achieving so many things it stops us from going forward instead we stay back stagnant waiting for it to go the way it came.
Forgetting that it only works with our mind and has nothing to do with us, all we need to do is keep the mind on a positive thought, and with that fear will note that it has no power over anyone.
The mind is the center of decision; the heart determines how all other parts of the bodywork.
To tell you how much the mind has control over all other parts of the body it keeps the leg in a position when there is an outbreak of war even when the legs know full well that it can help all other 0art of the body survive by simply running from danger.
The mood can decide that the remaining part of the body doesn't see the light even when the eye knows it can fully carry out its duty by giving light to the other parts of the body.
So fear controls only the mind and when the mind is terrified it affects all other parts of the body, the leg runs, the mouth shivers, and the heart beats even faster. You discover that every part of the body loses control and is unable to carry out its various functions.
So the best way to conquer fear is to be able to stabilize the mind and keep it strong and all other parts will feel pain relief as they all stand to fight together.
To guard ourselves from negative feelings we plan our daily agendas so that nothing uneasy disturbs our truce of our day.
