Some areas of Dagupan City is still flooded. Since it's been raining and flooding for more than a month, some areas are experiencing algae outbreak. I can see them on the road, and I'm wondering about its health hazards as some people doesn't mind walking in flooded streets with algae thriving on water.
One of the risks is the roads are slippery. Hence, caution is needed when driving. What we're hoping is the flood will fully subside, and may the government find the best solution either to stop or mitigate floods. Of course, we hated it if they'll steal the taxpayers' money for the projects.
