It was already evening, and we needed to walk to a specific area where the TNVS rates were lower. Although I was already exhausted, I welcomed the opportunity to explore the city on foot. From the Mall of Asia, we headed toward the edge of EDSA, where the fares indeed dropped significantly compared to the mall’s main entrance. Along the way, I found myself looking up at the surrounding buildings, unsure whether to classify them as true skyscrapers or just mid-rise towers.
By this time, the traffic had started to thin out, though congestion remains a constant fixture within the SM Mall of Asia complex. Passing by, I caught sight of the iconic giant globe—the unmistakable symbol and heart of the entire complex.
