Have you ever experienced a sudden burst of high energy while socializing, only to feel completely drained afterward? It's completely normal to distance yourself from the crowd to recharge. I experience this shift frequently—going from incredibly talkative to totally silent. I know many people who undergo similar, or even more drastic, changes. They transition from being very loud to suddenly quiet. If you encounter someone like this, please extend your understanding.
Sometimes we pour all our energy into others when we should be investing it in ourselves. We worry so much about everyone else that we neglect our own needs. While kindness is a beautiful trait, you must ask yourself: have you been kind to yourself lately? Never forget your own well-being. Prioritizing yourself isn't selfish—it's necessary.
