Today I will make a tutorial “ How to Make Fill Text With Image ” in Gimp Application with Ubuntu 17.10. for you all who want to know , follow the tutorial below may be useful.

Step 1 , Open your photography from your computer. File → Open → choose your image →Open.Like an picture1 below

Step 2, Create a new Layer for a effect. click icon new layer as picture2 below. After that choose transparent and you can type the layer name is Effect. and then you choose blend tool in toolbox. you can choose any color who you like. setting gradient FG to BG.After that you drag cursor from the top right to the bottom left.

Step 3, Setting Opacity 80%, sorry if picture3 below I’am setting 70% but in next picture5 I will change 70% to 80% because 80% in my opinion looks better.

Step 4, Type the Text who you want as me in picture4 below.Setting Font,size and color who you want. After that set Text in the center picture. you can follow the picture below.

Step 5, Right Click in the Text layer, Select Alpha to selection and then you click eye beside text layer. next Click layer effect → [Ctrl + x] on the keyboard → Menu Select → None. If you can confused you can follow the picture below

Step 6, The Finally you must save your image who you make. File → Export as → choose your folder → type your name file.jpg → export.
