Maybe Utopian need second bot

Today, my contribution Is there any notice of the rules changes?, even got @elera's vote, does not get @utopian-io's vote after 7 days.

Besides my contributions, @espoem has the same thing: Bugs in Busy wallet

I understand that it takes some time to recover the bot's SP and bot votes faster posts with a lot of upvotes.

However, the bot would not have enough time to recover to 100% SP after there are more and more contributions.
