Needless to say, the aim of every software product owner is simply to create and launch a successful app, not to be lost in a sea of competition where.
Feedback/Help center: Sometimes the user just need to express something. A good app ought to be open to every user creating a means of mutual communication for suggestions, feedback, ratings and reviews. Including contact means and a click-to-call, if need be.
Report a problem: Providing 'Report a problem' feature allows the user the opportunity to vent their frustrations(because there are always frustrations) and also gives the developer helpful insight into what needs to be added , changed or eliminated. Allowing users express their inconveniences is very gratifying and relieving.
