Not a commonly asked question yet a very important one. Do you want power?
Inside of us there is a battle of ideas, a filter, that guides us to want certain things, is power one of those things?
Power to decide, to choose, to mold a peace of rock in to a cathedral or mold a nations mind in to enslavement, this all has to do with power. Every living thing on the planet wants to have as much of it as possible, it's just biologically advantageous.
Today I feel, a misunderstanding of power, a lack of distinction between political/coercive power and opensource power. One is the power to command, the other is the power to lure.
If you have political power, you can abuse it, as the ones you control can only make a decision once every 4 years.
Having opensource power, means you have to constantly provide something that will lure those people to give you power every day. If you misuse it, the feedback is immediate, it's the ultimate check and balance, the true democracy.
