Hello my dear Hivers, today I bring you a song that I like very much called "Me quedo Contigo" by Enrique Salazar and Crescencio Ramos Prada.
It is a powerful song, full of nuances, which shows in its lyrics and music, the fire of lovers in the midst of an overflowing passion and total surrender.
It is the choice of the loved one over vanity and luxury, over the ravages of time, over the ephemeral; it is the confession of loyalty to the one you love.
I chose this song because beyond what I love about its lyrics, its rhythm and its music, I love the beautiful message it leaves.
I love the beautiful message that it leaves; so necessary in these times where the culture of the box reigns and I don't know how to deepen relationships, where interest surpasses love leaving it in the last plane.
For me this song is like a rescue to love in its pure state, the expression of feeling without fear or guilt, in the midst of honest surrender.
Me quedo Contigo ( Enrique Salazar y Crescencio Ramos Prada.)
Si me das a elegir
Entre t煤 y la riqueza
Con esa grandeza
Que lleva consigo
隆Ay, amor!
Me quedo contigo
Si me das a elegir
Entre t煤 y la gloria
Pa' que hable la historia de m铆
Por los siglos
隆Ay, amor!
Me quedo contigo
Pues me he enamorado
Y te quiero y te quiero
Y solo deseo
Estar a tu lado
So帽ar con tus ojos
Besarte los labios
Sentirme en tus brazos
Que soy muy feliz
Si me das a elegir
Entre t煤 y ese cielo
Donde libre es el vuelo
Para ir a otros nidos
隆Ay, amor!
Me quedo contigo
Si me das a elegir
Entre t煤 y mis ideas
Que yo sin ella
Soy un hombre perdido
隆Ay, amor!
Me quedo contigo
Pues me enamorado
Y te quiero y te quiero
Y solo deseo
Estar a tu lado
So帽ar con tus ojos
Besarte los labios
Sentirme en tus brazos
Que soy muy feliz
Pues me he enamorado
Y te quiero y te quiero
Y solo deseo
Estar a tu lado
So帽ar con tus ojos
Besarte los labios
Sentirme en tus brazos
Que soy muy feliz
