laziness got the best of me again today, but with this inherent laziness of mine i got lots of things done.
quite the opposite ain't it?

i went to buy my groceries the moment i got off from work.
it has been long overdue, i have been eating take aways since the day i got home from korea.
that was the priority for today.
i also did my laundry the other day and ran out of detergent after that, so i had to buy that as well.

with the many self care products i brought from korea, i finally realized that i did not buy any vitamin c serums, toner, and day time moisturizer.
i guess my reasoning that time was that these items are readily available in japan too, so might as well buy some local japanese brands within my reach for these items that i will certainly be using regularly.
i think that was my resolve that time, korea self care shopping was a blur really, i couldn't remember much about it.
their shops over their tend to be very crowded that i could not really think well on the 3 or 4 occasions i went in.
if i was just gifted with great genes then i probably would only need few skin care needs, but sadly i am one of the many who had terrible acne in my teens and even early 20s.
aside from those remnants of the past marks, now in my late 30s, considerations for age defying care becomes a need.

went home and got bored, so i went to the gym for cardio again.
it's the 3rd day that we cancelled gym training, bodies have still not recovered from the trip.
it is always that way after long trips, i just hope to get back on the exercise program at the soonest.

now at the gym, i had some thinking time.
although not a us citizen nor in any way near the united states, my youtube is filled with election related videos for the past months now.
and as a sucker for any drama, this past us election has been the biggest sort of entertainment for me, not that it should be, but that became the case.
as a person who has witnessed the many colorful election narrative of the philippines, this drama in us politics is nothing new.
in fact, i was surprised that the things i thought which happen only in third world countries are also happening in the us as well, of all nations.
i always thought that us politics were elevated, more sophisticated, had some class and elegance, but wow!
the same mudslinging, name calling, and fear mongering is happening even in the us.
politics is the same in any part of the world it seems.

but a winner has already been declared, i hope it gets better over there soon.

as always, AMPING KANUNAY!
