I do tend to agree with you that the problem is one of over-exploitation rather than overpopulation. I believe that if resources are used intelligently and in a sustainable manner it would be a huge plus. Also, I think that you’re right about the fact that these tenets might need to be enforced by law, which is quite sad. Another area that can lead to improved resource management is education, as you so rightly say. Thank you for posting in the EcoTrain community.
