THE FEEDBACK SANDWICH - CRITICISM IS ALWAYS NEGATIVE [VIDEO & BLOG]
CRITICISM IS ALWAYS NEGATIVE
We humans do not like criticism, even though many claim that one should learn to deal with it. I don't agree with this because criticism is something negative. The critic says his opinion but it is still expressed in a negative way. When you get criticism you never hear anything positive from people. It is only told about what is bad or not good. Many people mean it well but still the statement is always negative and if you are an actor, author, athlete or simply a celebrity then criticism is guaranteed to have an effect on the psyche.

This means that if a celebrity gets 1 million criticisms, for example, he will need more than 2 million positive feedbacks to keep a good emotion. The negative always weighs more than the positive on the scale, because the negative always spreads quickly.

The whole universe has everything in balance down to the last detail. Water & Fire. Earth & Wind. God & Devil. Angel & Demon. Man & Animal. Man & Woman. I could enumerate a thousand things but the fact is that there is a balance for everything. You can't deal with the negative, you can only balance it with something positive. Usually you always need more positive than negative. You can't put out a big fire with a glass of water.

Let's stick to the example with water & fire. There is a drop of water but not a drop of fire. A drop of water on a sheet of paper does not really make it wet. But since there is no drop of fire, let's say we take a drop of a flammable liquid and a spark of fire. Let us assume that the sheet of paper with the spark goes on. The fire will burn the liquid and immediately ignite the sheet of paper, because the nature of fire is negative it spreads immediately without stopping.
And the same is true for positive & negative things, especially for opinions like criticism. Criticism is something negative and will always remain negative even if many think there is also constructive criticism. For me this is like trying to spray shit with perfume. It still remains shit and maybe it doesn't smell as much like shit anymore. To my knowledge, constructive criticism is similar to the feedback sandwich, but it's more emotionally oriented.
The feedback sandwich is not supposed to take emotions into account, it is supposed to make sure that the other person understands it logically and possibly changes it. The feedback sandwich is perfect for when people do something you don't like but they should do something else or do it better, for example when you are a boss and have employees.
The feedback sandwich always starts with all positive details. Step 2 is always to mention the negative but always with the connection that it is your opinion. Followed immediately with suggestions for improvement. The counterpart should hear what he has done well and that you like it. He should also hear what you don't like but it is your opinion and of course you have to suggest an improvement or a solution.
If you have no suggestion or solution, then (NO EXCUSE) SHUT THE HELL UP.

Nobody just wants to hear something negative without an improvement. Just imagine someone telling you that you are wrong without proving it, he couldn't have said anything.
