Thank you for your comment! Yes, in some places the war wasn't that bad. Or maybe the nation was able to renovate quickly... such as Croatia, for example. But Bosnia doesn't have that amount of tourist and doesn't have the EU membership so I think that's why you can see so many remainders of war in there - they don't have the resources to renovate as fast.
