The thing with planning a trip with friends ahead of time is quite impossible as most of us are busy with our own lives. But, then here comes the random and spontaneous trip that everyone is eager to say okay! yes!! Let's do it. We are invited by our dear friend to attain her car and house blessing. Everything was just random. Like we agreed to just go there as early as we could as it's like four hour drive away from the city of Cebu and be back in the afternoon and consider it as a day trip.
But the plan changed and we ended up visiting one of the beautiful cold springs in the Northern part of Cebu called GUIWANON COLD SPRING in TOBOGGAN.
One of our friends told us that she saw a post on social about this place. And While we are in the area why not check it? And we are so amazed and excited when we arrived! Turquoise water and so peaceful 😌
The spring has its entrance at 150 PHP for adults. They also offered cottages for 500 PHP and a set of tables for 150 PHP.
It was a beautiful day when we arrived. Sunny and there are few people in the pool. We are so thrilled to finally experience something new. Although we are longing to have some beach time, this one will do. There are two pools. The one with 7 feet in the other pool which you are allowed to jump. And the pool for everyone indicates that this side corner is 6 feet and 5.
It's so refreshing to go for some deep swim together with the kids too. We had a great time enjoying our random and quick visit before heading back to the City.
