It has been an interesting few weeks in my sobriety. I am currently four months sober and I thought I would feel a little better about myself.
Four months is a big deal and I am very proud of that fact. However, this journey has not been without challenges.
This past Monday I was standing in front of the beer cooler at my local supermarket ready to drink. It was an odd experience but I didn't drink.
I will continue to do my best and stay sober and keep you up to date on my experience.
