The Sun is producing good UVB, that is needed to produce vitamin D!”😎 Today we reached a UV index of 4 in the Pacific Northwest. For “light to medium” skin types like Silvertop, chatGPT said I will receive 100% of my vitamin D from the sun in 15 to 30 minutes at peak Sun with exposure between the hours of 10AM and 2PM!😎 Liz and PEPE are another story………….. The Mrs can turn “Pink” through a rolled up “Tinted” car window in the Summer Lol😬 PEPE…….. I don’t know Lol….. let’s ask chatGPT again.😇 “Silvertop PEPE’s green skin can DEFINITELY be harmed by too much exposure to UVB, along with the other damaging rays from the Sun!” Hmmm……. There you have it, Liz and PEPE, definitely need to stay in the shade for most of the Summer Lol😎 Actually that sounds pretty good to Silvertop as well!☺️ “Liz… after I get plenty of vitamin D from the sun today, I will join you and PEPE for a cool shady hike deep in the forest!”🤗 After all it is 66°F……. “It’s a scorcher today, honey!”😅 Happy early Easter everyone, till tomorrow Silvertop Mike😊
