Shoutbox is a global chat app that enables it users communicate easily irrespective of their locations. My suggestion is the addition of some major tabs to shoutout app
Proposal
I propose to the addition of the "copy chat tab", delete chat tab", " forward chat tab", "highlight chat tab" which would all be located above the chat section once a chat is held on for about 2-4 seconds.

Benefits
User would have a chance to copy chats to other users or other done locations , forward chats and highlight or reply chats.
The app. Would look cutting edge and would be easier to use
There would be a lovely user experience
