Is there way someone can practice the law profession without lying?

we know that lawyers do anything to defend their clients at the court of law,and sometimes a lawyer will need to lie just to defend their clients at the court of the law,so my question is that is it possible for someone to practice the law profession for years without lying sometimes when working with clients??
