Why are you having blood on your sheets still? Your stay at the hospital is getting lengthy (for current German measures).
When I worked at the hospital as a trainee last year I had to exchange some people's sheets each day. Or more often, if the sheets did not stay clean during the day for whatever reason. In Germany it's a job for the early shift to do this maintenance stuff. I also washed patients (or assisted them washing themselves).
Did someone bring you fresh underwear? I remember an old man who stayed for 5+ days and only brought 2-3 sets. He was sent to the hospital for some cardiac issue and his wife could not prepare clothes for him as she had dementia herself. Fortunately this old lad had no other health issues himself.
